Don't get ripped-off while shopping around:

Other salons have their beds listed as different levels and really aren't, but charge for it.   This is what we've come across:  An example for you to notice if you come across this is, they will state, "This is a Level 1 bed with 20 lamps & this is a Level 2 bed with 20 lamps with a Face tanner."  -OR-   another situation, "This is a Level 1 bed with 20 lamps reddening & this is our Level 2 bed with 20 lamps with browning lamps".  They are the same beds.  The truth is unless they are lamped with different wattage lamps or more quantity of lamps than the other beds in comparision they are the same & there should be no price difference.                                                                            Here at Rarotonga we don't charge you more money because you get a face tanner or because it is lamped with browning vhr lamps or reddening vhr lamps.  So remember, the type of bed, wattage of lamps and amount of lamps is what would be the determinating factor on what makes the level.

Levels: There are only 5 true levels of tanning beds.  Basically..salon's charging you for a "Level 6, 7, 8..." is just another way they're ripping people off. 

HOW CAN YOU TELL IF IT IS REALLY HIGH PRESSURE:                                                        

 High Pressure Beds DO NOT use any long Fluorescent Gas Tube Type Lamps.  The name High Pressure, refers to the pressure in the lamps NOT how many lamps.
